On January 31st we turned 25!
On January 31st, 1997, the Constitutive Act of the Playa Unión Foundation (Legal Pers. 1756) was signed; the FPU is a non-governmental organization created with the aim of supporting the activities of the Estación de Fotobiología Playa Unión (EFPU). Since then, the EFPU / FPU has contributed to research on the effects of global change on aquatic environments, not only through its own work and in collaboration with professionals from different countries, but also through the training of numerous fellows.
