We congratulate Dr. Macarena Valiñas on her recent promotion to Independent Researcher at CONICET. Macarena has been part of the Estación de Fotobiologia since 2011, the year she joined the EFPU with a CONICET postdoctoral fellowship. She subsequently entered the organization’s Scientific Researcher Career (CIC), serving first as an Assistant Researcher and later as an Associate Researcher, the position she held until her recent promotion.
